I. Working Principle

The dust-laden exhaust gas is drawn into the equipment's air inlet through the universal dust collection hood by the suction force of the fan. The flame arrester at the air inlet can prevent sparks. The smoke and dust gas enters the settling chamber. Under the effect of gravity, coarse dust particles directly fall to the ash hopper, while fine smoke and dust particles are captured on the outer surface by the filter element. The clean gas, after being filtered and purified by the filter element, flows into the clean room through the filter element. Then, it is further purified by adsorption through the activated carbon filter and discharged through the outlet in compliance with standards.

Ii. Main Types

1. Mobile dry tobacco dust collector: It is highly mobile, with the suction arm capable of rotating 360 degrees freely. It can be suspended and fixed at any time and flexibly adjusted according to the operation position. It is suitable for places where the operation points such as welding and grinding are not fixed.

2. Centralized dry tobacco dust collector: Typically used in large factories or workshops, it can simultaneously handle the smoke and dust generated from multiple operation points. Through a pipeline system, the smoke and dust from each operation point are collected in a large-scale dust removal device for centralized treatment. It features a large air handling capacity and high purification efficiency.

1. Filtration: Membrane-coated or ultra-fine fiber material filter cartridges are mostly used, which have a high blocking efficiency for fine dust particles, and the dust removal efficiency can reach over 99%.

2. Convenient dust cleaning: Pulse cleaning is often adopted. Compressed air is used to accurately blow the filter cartridges at regular intervals, causing the dust adhering to the surface of the filter cartridges to fall off quickly and drop into the ash hopper. This can maintain the low-resistance operation state of the equipment and extend the service life of the filter cartridges.

3. Compact structure: It has a relatively small volume, flexible installation, and can adapt to various places with limited space, without causing excessive interference to production operations.

4. Strong targeting: Specifically designed for the low viscosity and fine particle size of dry tobacco dust, the structure, material and filtration parameters of the filter cartridge have all been meticulously optimized, resulting in better filtration performance.

Iv. Application Fields

It is widely applied in industries such as welding, metal cutting, grinding, and electronic manufacturing. It can remove the waste residue and toxic and harmful gases produced in these processes, protect the health of operators, and reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases.
